Tried something new with this piece. I created it digitally in Procreate, but designed it to feel like layered paper art, almost like a handmade scene built one quiet piece at a time.
I wanted it to feel calm and dreamlike, like the kind of place you find in your mind when the world finally goes still for a moment. The swan became a symbol of moving gently through deep waters, surrounded by softness, reflection, and quiet light.
There’s something about layered art that feels meaningful to me. Every shape overlaps, supports, and reveals another beneath it, a little like emotions, memories, or thoughts slowly unfolding over time.
