Chrysanthemum flower, the queen of autumn and a reminder that beauty always finds a way to bloom. Their layers of delicate petals symbolize joy, optimism, love, and resilience. Loved bringing this beautiful flower petal by petal to life in my acrylic painting.
There is something fascinating about this painting, its perspective seemed to change as I moved from one side to another, especially the large flower on the right which is facing left direction from wherever you see. This is something I have observed in many of my paintings featuring objects or people. In the portraits, the eyes seem to follow the viewer, much like the famous Mona Lisa. Certain elements in my paintings appear to shift their gaze depending on the viewing angle. I’ve shared three pictures of the same painting taken from the left, centre, and right.
